Compramos una fracción en Son Parc I en Menorca por que el modelo de copropiedad encaja con nuestra forma de hacer vacaciones nómadas, con comodidades pero sin las ataduras típicas de una segunda residencia, y después de haber estrenado la casa, no podemos estar mas contentos y agradecidos con todo el equipo de Villa. El proceso de compra fácil, transparente y sencillo, Vivla Studio han hecho un trabajo impecable con la decoracion y equipamiento de la casa, y Júlia, nuestra Güest experience, muy amable y atenta, casi parece que intuye nuestras necesidades, por que antes de exponerlas, ya están resueltas. La ubicación es excepcional para pasar unos días de desconexión en primera linea de playa, disfrutando de unas vistas privilegiadas (a la playa y a la montaña). Fui huésped en un maravilloso ático duplex en Denia, primera línea de playa. 4 habitaciones de matrimonio, con 4 baños. 2 terrazas increiblemente preciosas con vistas de infarto al mar y 1 terraza con vistas a la imponente montaña. La casa estaba tan bonita y tan equipada que nos sorprendió muy gratamente.  Pero lo de las terrazas fue una pasada, una de ellas tenía hasta bañera en el exterior.  Espectacular.🤩🤩🤩

Am I the legal owner of my share?

Yes, you are a co-owner and shareholder of a limited liability company (SL), and you sign a partnership agreement. At the time of signing, the co-owners own 100% of the property. The co-owners have complete freedom to manage the house, and Vivla handles any issues. Having legal ownership of the house means you have the title deeds. You can buy and sell whenever you want and at whatever price you want.

Is it timeshare?

No. It's not a right of use or a vacation rental. It's actual ownership of a property, shared with other owners.

What if I want to sell?

You can sell your stake whenever you wish, in accordance with the established legal structure. VIVLA can assist you in the process to facilitate the transaction.

How are the weeks divided?

Each owner has several weeks a year, organized through a rotating and transparent calendar that guarantees balanced use among all.

What are the annual expenses?

They vary depending on each home, typically between 3% and 5% per year of the fraction’s price. For example, if your fraction costs €100,000, the typical monthly maintenance cost would be around €300.

Can I exchange stays?

Yes. Depending on availability, you can exchange weeks with other accommodations within the network.
