Yes, you are a co-owner and shareholder of a limited liability company (SL), and you sign a partnership agreement. At the time of signing, the co-owners own 100% of the property. The co-owners have complete freedom to manage the house, and Vivla handles any issues. Having legal ownership of the house means you have the title deeds. You can buy and sell whenever you want and at whatever price you want.
No. It's not a right of use or a vacation rental. It's actual ownership of a property, shared with other owners.
You can sell your stake whenever you wish, in accordance with the established legal structure. VIVLA can assist you in the process to facilitate the transaction.
Each owner has several weeks a year, organized through a rotating and transparent calendar that guarantees balanced use among all.
They vary depending on the property, but are usually between 1.5% and 2% of the share price per year. That is, if my share is worth €100,000, my monthly maintenance costs would typically be around €200.
